2 Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
A valid account must be created before making any financial transaction or playing any game on 007 bet. Users must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. 007 bet reserves the right to cancel any account created with false or incomplete information at any time.

2.2 Identity Verification
To ensure security, 007 bet may request identity verification from a user at any time. For this purpose, copies of a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-recognised documents may be requested. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, account activity may be temporarily suspended.
2.3 Account Security

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

4.3 Currency

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
After opening a new account on 007 bet, a 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus making the balance ৳2,000; before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.
5.2 Other Promotions
Beyond the welcome bonus, 007 bet regularly offers various special deals for existing users:
- Weekend Reload Bonus: 50% bonus on deposits on the last two days of the week, up to ৳10,000; wagering 20 times; minimum deposit ৳100.
- 007 bet Slot Festival Bonus: 30% bonus once daily on slot games, up to ৳8,000; wagering 25 times; minimum deposit ৳100.
- Live Table Reward: 40% bonus once a week in the live casino section, up to ৳12,000; wagering 22 times; minimum deposit ৳100.
- Birthday Gift from 007 bet: A reward of up to ৳2,000 once during the registered birthday month; wagering 15 times.
- Refer a Friend: A reward of up to ৳3,000 for each successful referral; wagering 18 times.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- One bonus offer cannot be activated alongside another, unless specifically permitted.
- No funds from a bonus may be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
- Placing opposing bets (hedging) with bonus funds on the same event may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- 007 bet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 Placing and Cancelling Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in the case of a technical error or an obvious pricing error, 007 bet reserves the right to cancel or correct the bet.
6.2 Incorrect Odds
If clearly incorrect odds are displayed for an event, 007 bet may cancel those bets and refund the original stake. In such cases, the user will be notified via email or live chat.
6.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement
If a match or event is fully cancelled, the stake is generally refunded. In some cases, the outcome may be determined according to the event's rules — the specific rules for each sport will apply.
6.4 Fraud and Misuse
Involvement in match fixing, cheating, or any fraudulent activity, or placing bets based on such information, is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and any related winnings will be considered void.
7 Fund Security
007 bet treats the security of user funds as its highest priority. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure.

8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by 007 bet
007 bet reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Registering with false or incorrect information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Violating or abusing bonus terms.
- Using a third-party payment method.
- Involvement in suspicious betting or fraud.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability
007 bet is not responsible for the following:
- Missed bets or cancelled games due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
- Login details being stolen or unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
- Delays or failures by third-party payment processors.
- Unexpected server downtime or maintenance periods.
However, if a loss occurs due to a fault on the platform itself, 007 bet will endeavour to provide reasonable redress for the user's direct financial loss. 007 bet will not be liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or distress.
10 Changes and Amendments
007 bet reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via email or a notification on the platform.
Updated terms take effect from the date they are published. Continued use of the platform after the new terms come into effect means the user has accepted the revised terms.
